Hotel Cortez Baja Inn, Ensenada

Updated and light units with a larger window, TV, modern bathroom, and the staff were accommodating.

The whole experience was fairly nice, no complaints, would recomand. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a downtown area, just next door to nightlife as well as the marina in Ensenada. Loved the room with 2 queen size beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was magnificent and best possible, within walking distance of Caliente Casino.

The hotel had beautiful decor that felt cute, and the staff were accommodating, making accessibility a priority with ramps everywhere.

More comfortable seating in the lounge area would help.

Perfect for family relaxation

The pool area was clean and surprisingly spacious, perfect for the kids to play in. Everyone on the staff was friendly, like family, and always greeted us with a smile! It.

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The location is ideal, just a block from the S.A. Offices. The front desk staff was very attentive. The room felt a bit dark, and too much disinfectant was used. It would be nice if staff offered to assist with bags instead of waiting to ask.

The pool was clean and warm, perfect for my kids. We enjoyed the spacious parking area and loved the convenient location near shops and cafes. The rooms were recently updated and very secure. Plus, the complimentary towels by the pool were a nice touch!

The pool was small, and we struggled with noisy cleaning staff.

In my wife's opinion, the noise from housekeeping during early hours was a bit disruptive. It would be great if the staff could manage this better to ensure families can sleep soundly.

Baja inn hoteles is in a great location, just a block from convenience. The front desk lady was super friendly. We loved the heated outdoor pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Rooms were clean and comfy.

We had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the large, clean rooms and the delicious restaurant buffet. The heated pool was a perfect relaxation spot, and I would definitely return.

Nice spot close to everything!

The lobby is nice, and there's a pool, but it's small and gets crowded with kids. Check-in took a little while, like 30 mins, but the bellboy was super helpful. The food at the hotel was good, but don't miss El Barbajon nearby! It's a short walk to plenty of bars and places to eat, awesome. The only bummer was the long check-in wait.

Baja Inn Hoteles Ensenada was the perfect spot for our group getaway. The rooms were spacious and super clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities. We especially loved the location. It was a short walk to so many local restaurants and attractions. The pool area is fun. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help us with recommendations!
